Profile: NAPS Trainee Operator

Eligibility:

• Qualification: ITI Passout (Any Trade apart from COPA)
• Experience: Freshers can apply
• Gender: Male
• Age: 18–30 Years

Stipend:

• Monthly Stipend: ₹17,500 (Including Rs.1500 DBT)

Additional Benefits:

• Attendance Bonus: ₹1,000 per month (on completing 26 days of attendance)
• Night Shift Allowance: ₹100 per day

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor packaging and production machines as per Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Perform machine setup, basic adjustments, and routine checks to ensure smooth production.
• Monitor product quality during the manufacturing and packaging process and report any abnormalities to the supervisor.
• Maintain cleanliness of machines and the work area while following 5S, GMP, and food safety standards.
• Ensure timely production by minimizing machine downtime and adhering to safety guidelines at all times.
