Salary

The salary will be offered based on the candidate's welding skills and experience.

CTC: ₹16,000 to ₹33,000 Per Month

Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform welding operations using processes such as SMAW, MIG/MAG, FCAW, and TIG based on skill level.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, welding symbols, and Work Procedure Specifications (WPS).
• Fabricate, assemble, and repair metal structures and components as per production requirements.
• Ensure high-quality welds with minimum defects while following company quality and safety standards.
• Inspect finished welds, maintain tools and equipment, and support continuous improvement in productivity and quality.

Preferred Skills

• Basic to advanced knowledge of welding techniques.
• Ability to operate welding machines safely and efficiently.
• Knowledge of welding quality standards and inspection methods.
• Good understanding of workplace safety practices.
• Willingness to work in shifts and overtime as per production requirements.
