Eligibility:

• Qualification:
  • 10th Pass
  • 12th Pass
  • ITI (All Trades Apart from COPA)
  • Diploma (All Branches apart from Civil)
• Experience: Freshers Only
• Gender: Male
• Age: 18–30 Years

Stipend:

• Monthly Stipend (Including DBT): ₹14,500

Additional Benefits:

• Attendance Bonus: ₹1,000 per month (on completing 26 days of attendance)
• Food: Subsidized meals at ₹23 for 3 meals per day
• Hostel Facility: Available at ₹1,150 per month

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Assemble and manufacture automotive wiring harnesses and electrical components as per production standards.
• Operate production machines and tools while following standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Perform visual inspection and basic quality checks to ensure defect-free products.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness (5S), and discipline on the shop floor.
• Achieve daily production targets while following quality and workplace safety guidelines.
