Roles & Responsibilities:
Production:
- Monitor PCB manufacturing processes.
- Support machine setup and process control.
- Assist in production planning and execution.
- Ensure productivity and adherence to SOPs.
- Follow safety and quality guidelines.
- Coordinate with supervisors to achieve production targets.
Quality:
- Perform incoming, in-process, and final quality inspections.
- Maintain quality documentation and reports.
- Assist in root cause analysis of defects.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives.
