Stipend:

Production Department (ITI / BA / B.Com / B.Sc.)

• Monthly Stipend: ₹15,000
• DBT: ₹1,500
• Total Monthly Earnings: ₹16,500

Quality Department (ITI / BA / B.Com / B.Sc.)

• Monthly Stipend: ₹14,000
• DBT: ₹1,500
• Total Monthly Earnings: ₹15,500

Roles & Responsibilities

Production:

• Operate production machines as per SOP.
• Assemble and manufacture PCB components.
• Perform loading/unloading of materials.
• Maintain production quality and output.
• Follow safety and quality standards.
• Maintain cleanliness of the work area (5S).

Quality:

• Inspect PCBs and finished products.
• Identify defects and report quality issues.
• Perform visual and basic quality inspections.
• Maintain inspection records.
• Ensure products meet company quality standards.
