Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Windows Cloud Web Server Administrator / Maintenance Engineer to manage Windows servers, IIS web hosting, cloud infrastructure, and enterprise web applications. The role includes server administration, application hosting, CI/CD deployments, Git repository management, domain & subdomain hosting, security, monitoring, performance optimization, and production support.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer Windows Server (2016/2019/2022), Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy.
- Install, configure, and manage Microsoft IIS and Unix/Linux-Apache based hosting of ASP.NET/.NET, MERN, React/Node.JS/Next.JS web applications.
- Manage application hosting, website deployment, domain & subdomain creation, DNS configuration, SSL certificates, and IIS bindings.
- Deploy and maintain applications using CI/CD pipelines, Git, and Azure DevOps/GitHub.
- Manage Windows cloud infrastructure on Microsoft Azure (Preferred), AWS, or GCP.
- Monitor CPU, Memory, Disk, Server Utilization, IIS performance, Application Pool health, and Network utilization.
- Setup DC-DR sites with HA as per requirement.
- Perform server patching, security hardening, backups, disaster recovery, and performance tuning.
- Troubleshoot server, IIS, Apache/Tomcat application, and deployment issues in production environments.
- Maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and server inventory.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/IT or related field.
- 5–10 years of hands-on experience in Windows Server, IIS, and Cloud Administration.
- Experience supporting 24×7 production environments.
- Microsoft Azure/AWS certifications are an added advantage.
