Monthly Stipend:
ITI: ₹18,500/month (Including DBT of ₹1,500)
Diploma: ₹19,500/month (Including DBT of ₹1,500)
B.E./B.Tech: ₹21,500/month (Including DBT of ₹1,500)

Roles & Responsibilities:
Assist in the assembly, wiring, testing, and installation of welding automation systems, industrial machines, and control panels.
Support production, fabrication, quality inspection, and machine commissioning activities as per standard operating procedures.
Operate basic tools, measuring instruments, and production equipment while adhering to safety and quality standards.
Assist senior engineers and technicians in preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and continuous process improvement activities.
Maintain workplace discipline, follow 5S practices, update production records, and comply with all company safety, quality, and operational guidelines.
