Key Responsibilities
· Source and screen candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other recruitment channels for Project Niyukti Shakti.
· Conduct telephonic screening, counsel candidates about the program, and coordinate assessments, interviews, and onboarding activities.
· Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline while ensuring timely follow-ups and high candidate conversion.
· Coordinate with colleges, universities, placement cells, and training institutes to support campus hiring initiatives.
· Visit educational institutions for campus recruitment drives, career awareness sessions, job fairs, and outreach activities, as required.
· Maintain recruitment MIS, candidate databases, and hiring reports while supporting employer branding and recruitment campaigns to achieve hiring targets.
