Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and target-driven Field Sales Executive with mandatory experience in the Solar Industry to generate new business opportunities, promote solar energy solutions, and achieve sales targets. The ideal candidate should have strong customer engagement, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through field visits, referrals, and lead generation activities.
- Meet residential, commercial, and industrial customers to understand their energy requirements.
- Promote and explain the company's solar products and services to prospective clients.
- Conduct site visits and coordinate with the technical team for customer requirements.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales to achieve monthly targets.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers and channel partners.
- Follow up on leads and ensure timely conversion into business opportunities.
- Maintain accurate sales records, customer data, and CRM updates.
- Coordinate with the installation and operations teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and the latest developments in the solar industry.
- Represent the company professionally and contribute to business growth.
Eligibility
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of Field Sales experience in the Solar Industry is mandatory.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office/CRM tools.
- Target-oriented with a proactive approach to sales.
- Must possess a valid two-wheeler driving license and be willing to travel extensively for field visits.
