About the Opportunity Project
Niyukti Shakti is a women-focused education-to-employment programme designed to prepare aspiring graduates for professional careers in recruitment and talent acquisition. Selected participants complete three months of structured learning followed by three months of paid, supervised on-the-job training. Successful participants receive competency certification and employment support for suitable entry-level roles.

What You Will Learn and Do
- Understand job descriptions, role requirements and candidate profiles.
- Source relevant candidates through databases, referrals and online research.
- Review CVs and conduct structured preliminary screening calls.
- Engage candidates, manage follow-ups and coordinate interviews and joining.
- Maintain accurate ATS, MIS and recruitment records.
- Use digital and AI-enabled tools responsibly while protecting confidential data.
Who Can Apply
- Women in the final year of undergraduate study or within three years of graduation.
- Preferred disciplines: Psychology and English; also Social Work, Sociology, HR, Commerce, Business Administration, Mass Communication and related programmes.
- Generally, 20–29 years; reasonable exceptions may be considered for women returning to work.
- Basic digital literacy, clear communication and willingness to work with people and data.
- Availability and commitment for the complete six-month programme.
- Priority may be given to low-income, first-generation and socially or economically disadvantaged graduates.
- Housewives and the wives of Army personnel can also apply for this opportunity.

Compensation and Career Path
- Candidate fee - Nil. No application, assessment, training or placement fee; no security deposit or punitive employment bond.
- OJT stipend - Paid during the three-month OJT phase. Amount, payment cycle and eligibility will be stated in the programme offer letter. Stipend is linked to attendance and professional conduct, not recruitment targets alone. Stipend range during the OJT will be 7500 to 10000.
- Post placement pay - Indicative starting salary target: INR 15,000–22,000 per month, subject to location, employer, role, performance and market validation. PF, ESI and other benefits apply where legally required.
- Progression - Entry roles may include Recruitment Associate, Sourcing Associate, Candidate Engagement Executive or HR Operations Associate. Future hybrid or remote work may be considered after sustained performance and employer approval.
Important Terms and Conditions
- This is an employment-linked training and OJT opportunity. Enrolment is not a direct or guaranteed job offer.
- Certification requires satisfactory attendance, a minimum 70% aggregate score, at least 60% in core competencies, a mandatory pass in ethics/confidentiality/data protection, successful capstone completion and OJT supervisor sign-off.
- Placement support and employer interviews are offered only to eligible participants and remain subject to certification, vacancy availability, employer selection and written employment terms.
- Participants must follow the training calendar, attendance rules, workplace discipline, POSH requirements, data-security controls and professional conduct standards.
- False information, serious misconduct, harassment, repeated unauthorised absence, data misuse or breach of confidentiality may lead to suspension or discontinuation after due process.
- Remote or hybrid work is an earned pathway, normally assessed after approximately 12 months of employment. It depends on sustained performance, self-management, connectivity, a confidential workspace, data-security compliance and availability of an employer-approved role; it is not guaranteed.
- Final role, salary, location, working hours, reporting structure and statutory benefits will be governed by the employer’s written offer or appointment letter.
- Participant information will be collected and used for selection, programme delivery, placement and impact measurement only with informed consent and appropriate confidentiality.
