We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Supplier Enablement / Catalog Analyst to support procurement transformation initiatives through supplier onboarding, catalog management, and supplier communications. The ideal candidate will work closely with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of procurement systems, maintain accurate supplier data, and support seamless Procure-to-Pay (P2P) operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage supplier communications and email campaigns.
• Coordinate supplier onboarding and ensure go-live readiness.
• Conduct supplier testing and track issue resolution.
• Support supplier adoption of procurement systems and process changes.
• Validate supplier data and maintain data accuracy.
• Manage supplier onboarding through the Coupa Supplier Portal (CSP).
• Upload, maintain, and test hosted catalogs in Coupa.
• Configure and test Webforms and Punch-out catalogs.
• Coordinate with suppliers to resolve technical and operational issues.
• Monitor supplier enablement progress and prepare status reports.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure successful project execution.
• Provide ongoing support to suppliers throughout the implementation process.
• Maintain procurement documentation and ensure process compliance.
Required Skills:
• Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Knowledge of procurement and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes.
• Hands-on experience with Coupa or similar procurement systems is preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially MS Excel.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
