Job Tittle: Spares Industrialization Engineer

SUMMARY OF JOB:
Requirement of Manufacturing Engineer, who will carry out Pilot build activity for Cooling products spare parts.
Key responsibilities:
Product Data Management (PDM)
 Create and maintain parts in the Product Data Management (PDM) system.
 Create and process Change Notices (CN) for engineering modifications.
 Develop and maintain standard Bills of Materials (BOMs).
 Ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance of engineering master data.
Oracle Engineering Activities
 Create and maintain Engineer-to-Order (ETO) BOMs in Oracle.
 Manage MAKE/BUY configurations and setup activities.
 Process Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) related requirements.
 Execute Engineering Change Notice (ECN) activities and ensure timely implementation.
Part & BOM Management
 Enable newly created parts in the SCSR portal.
 Perform BOM copy activities for new product configurations and projects.
 Support customer-specific part creation and maintenance.
 Coordinate and manage QSKU creation through ANC Quotes.
Manufacturing Support
 Create and maintain Work Instructions (WI) for manufacturing and operational processes.
 Coordinate MES routing follow-up and ensure production routing accuracy.
 Support pilot build activities, including data preparation, execution support, and documentation.
 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth product introduction and manufacturing readiness.
Qualifications & Experience
 Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with 1-2 years of experience in Production Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related discipline.
