Job Title: Inside Sales Executive
Location: Noida
Experience: 3–5 Years
Key Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to prospective customers from the provided database.
• Handle inbound customer inquiries professionally.
• Explain company products and services clearly.
• Generate qualified leads and schedule meetings for the sales team where required
• Follow up with prospective clients to convert leads into sales.
• Maintain daily call records and update CRM/Excel reports.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and sales targets.
• Address customer queries and resolve basic concerns.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely customer support.
• Prepare and submit daily activity and sales reports.
Required Skills:
• Excellent verbal communication in Hindi and basic English.
• Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
• Good interpersonal and customer handling skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and email.
Preferred Experience:
• Experience in B2B/B2C sales.
• Prior experience in telesales or customer support will be an added advantage
