Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and passionate Recruitment Trainer to train, mentor, and develop recruitment professionals on end-to-end hiring processes, sourcing strategies, interviewing techniques, and recruitment best practices. The ideal candidate should have hands-on recruitment experience along with strong training and coaching skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver recruitment training programs for new and existing recruiters.
- Conduct induction and onboarding training for recruitment teams.
- Train recruiters on sourcing through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, social media, and employee referrals.
- Coach teams on resume screening, candidate assessment, interviewing, negotiation, and offer management.
- Develop training content, SOPs, presentations, assessment modules, and learning materials.
- Monitor recruiter performance and provide regular feedback and coaching.
- Track training effectiveness through assessments and performance metrics.
- Stay updated with the latest recruitment trends, tools, and hiring practices.
- Work closely with hiring managers and HR leadership to identify training needs.
- Travel to different branch locations to conduct classroom and on-site training sessions as required.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of End-to-End Recruitment and Talent Acquisition.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and facilitation skills.
- Experience with ATS, Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing platforms.
- Ability to create engaging training content and conduct workshops.
- Strong coaching, mentoring, and stakeholder management skills.
- Good analytical and reporting skills.
Qualifications
- Graduate/Postgraduate (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred).
- 4–8 years of experience in Recruitment/Talent Acquisition, with at least 1–2 years of training or mentoring experience.
Preferred Candidate
- Experience in IT, Non-IT, Engineering, Manufacturing, or Bulk Hiring.
- Willingness to travel across locations for training assignments.
- Strong leadership and people development skills.
