Manage warehouse and subcontracting operations to ensure efficient material handling, inventory accuracy, timely material availability, and continuous improvement of warehouse processes.
Roles & Responsibilities
Manage warehouse and subcontracting activities.
Ensure proper material handling and inventory control.
Maintain physical and system stock accuracy.
Ensure timely material dispatch and order fulfillment.
Implement KANBAN, FIFO, 5S, and SPS practices.
Perform cycle counting, inventory audits, and stock reconciliation.
Coordinate with procurement for JIT material management.
Manage transporters, C&F agents, and freight operations.
Monitor subcontractor performance and warehouse compliance.
Prepare and monitor transportation and warehouse budgets.
Train and mentor warehouse personnel.
Drive process improvements and operational efficiency.
