- Partner with his/her RBPO, regional Digital Process Expert (DPE) covering the IT side of the transformation and with the site Domain Team Leader (DTL).
- Identify gaps & challenge & help solving the business pre-requisites on sites to optimize and secure the deployment process (support AS IS and TO BE process definition).
- Bring the process expertise to align the business with the UNIFY standard.
- Support business transformation with site management and regional team.
- Be the safeguard of our Lean principles and SPS referential in his/her domain.
- Support the plant data transformation and migration. As LBPO, you are responsible of the data in your domain for the stie.
- Take part of acceptance meetings, secure and support go live, cutover strategy & coordinates ramp up / post go live.
- Develop the skills of the site key users to make a sustainable transformation, by developing and leading trainings and by leading lessons learnt implementation.
- Capitalize on project best practises.
Required skills
LBPO shall have strong operational experience, coming from sites or central function, with a minimum usage of SAP required, credibility and authority in his/her domain. Qualifications expected cover:
- Business process knowledge for Production execution (PEX):
- Knowledge about Production Execution BoBs
- Production execution processes in ERP
- Expertise in PEH, BOM, Routing, Production Order Management, Queue Management, Production Scheduling, Material Providing & Handling.
- General qualifications:
- Advanced level in MS Excel
- Experience in SAP
- Interpersonal communication, negotiation, decision making
