Job Responsibilities:
* Identify and generate new business opportunities in the staffing and recruitment industry.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients for long-term business growth.
* Manage client acquisition activities and build a strong customer pipeline.
* Handle account management and client farming for existing business accounts.
* Understand client hiring requirements and coordinate with internal recruitment teams for timely delivery.
* Drive revenue generation by onboarding new clients and expanding business with existing accounts.
* Prepare business proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals successfully.
* Conduct market research and identify opportunities for business expansion.
* Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and maintain long-term partnerships.
* Coordinate with operations and delivery teams to ensure smooth execution of staffing projects.
