Job Responsibilities:
· Generate leads and identify new business opportunities.
· Meet potential customers and promote the company's solar products and services.
· Conduct site visits and customer meetings as required.
· Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
· Follow up on inquiries and convert leads into sales.
· Achieve monthly sales targets and business objectives.
· Prepare sales reports and update customer records.
Required Skills:
· Strong communication and negotiation skills.
· Sales and customer relationship management experience.
· Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
· Basic knowledge of MS Office.
· Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
· Experience in Solar, Renewable Energy, Electrical or related sales roles.
· Good understanding of the local market and customer network.
