### **Position: Account Assistant – Banking Payments**

*(Expert in Banking Transactions & Payment Operations)*

### **Key Responsibilities**

* Handle daily banking payment operations efficiently.
* Process **NEFT, RTGS, IMPS, UPI, and other online banking transactions**.
* Prepare and maintain payment vouchers, bank statements, and transaction records.
* Perform **bank reconciliation** and resolve discrepancies promptly.
* Coordinate with banks regarding payment-related queries and issues.
* Verify payment requests and supporting documents before processing.
* Maintain accurate records of vendor and customer payments.
* Monitor pending payments and follow up for timely processing.
* Assist in preparing MIS reports and payment summaries.
* Ensure compliance with internal financial controls and company policies.
* Maintain confidentiality of financial information and banking credentials.
* Support the Accounts team in day-to-day accounting and administrative tasks.

### **Required Skills**

* Strong knowledge of **Banking Payment Processes**.
* Hands-on experience with **NEFT, RTGS, IMPS, UPI, and Internet Banking**.
* Knowledge of **Bank Reconciliation** and payment tracking.
* Basic understanding of **Tally ERP/Tally Prime**.
* Good knowledge of **MS Excel** (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, Basic Formulas).
* Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
* Excellent organizational and time management skills.
* Good communication and coordination abilities.
* Ability to work under deadlines and handle multiple payment transactions.

### **Educational Qualification**

* Bachelor's Degree in **Commerce (B.Com)** or equivalent.
* Additional certification in Accounting or Finance will be an added advantage.

### **Preferred Candidate Profile**

* 1–3 years of experience in **Banking Payments, Accounts, or Finance**.
* Experience in handling high-volume payment transactions.
* Honest, responsible, and capable of maintaining financial confidentiality.
* Immediate joiners will be preferred.
