III. The Role:
We are looking for a Manager to own and operate Administration & Facilities across the offices, Skill Training Centres, Residential / Non-Residential Campuses. The person will drive operational excellence, digital transformation, safety, compliance, and workplace experience at scale.
IV. Key Responsibilities:
Administration & Facilities
Manage daily end-to-end facility operations, housekeeping, seating, utilities, and maintenance.
Ensure high workplace standards across offices, skill training centres, and hostels; coordinate MEP works.
Drive infrastructure uptime, R&M, AMC, preventive maintenance, and service excellence.
Monitor key administrative expenses and identify cost optimization opportunities.
Expense Management & Optimization
Own administration OPEX planning, tracking, and budget adherence.
Drive cost-saving initiatives across travel, boarding, lodging, transport, pantry, and facility operations.
Manage SIM inventory, Uber dashboards, Petty Cash Management, and related controls.
Ensure timely MIS and variance analysis for management review.
Vendor Management
Manage vendor selection, performance, contracts, and SLA compliance.
Coordinate with Procurement for sourcing and commercial negotiations.
Validate vendor payments and ensure cost and quality controls.
MIS & Analytics
Maintain administration dashboards, trackers, and performance reports.
Track budgets, savings, and operational KPIs.
Ensure documentation, compliance, and audit readiness.
Drive process improvements and standardization initiatives.
Events & Special Projects
Lead corporate events, employee engagement activities, and management visits.
Support strategic projects and business continuity initiatives.
Provide administration support for organizational growth and expansion.
