About the Role
LiveSkills is looking for a Business Development Intern to support a pilot outreach project for our blended POSH training program. The intern will research BFSI companies, identify HR/L&D/compliance stakeholders, build a prospecting database, and support initial outreach.
Key Responsibilities
- Research BFSI companies such as banks, NBFCs, fintechs, and insurance firms
- Identify HR Heads, L&D Heads, Compliance Heads, and POSH-related stakeholders
- Maintain a structured lead tracker with company, contact, role, source, and outreach status
- Draft and send professional LinkedIn/email outreach messages
- Track responses, follow-ups, and meeting opportunities
- Share weekly progress updates with the team
Ideal Candidate
- Student or graduate interested in sales, HR, edtech, or corporate training
- Good research and LinkedIn prospecting skills
- Strong written English communication
- Comfortable with Excel / Google Sheets
- Organized, proactive, and target-driven

- List of 100 BFSI target organizations
- Stakeholder mapping for HR/L&D/compliance roles
- Outreach tracker with response status
- Qualified leads or meetings for the sales team
