Eligibility:

• Qualification:

  • ITI

  • Diploma

  • B.E./B.Tech

• Freshers are encouraged to apply.

• Candidates interested in building a career in EV manufacturing are preferred.

Gender Preference: Male

Age: 18 to 28

Salary & Benefits (Including DBT):

• B.E./B.Tech: ₹20,000 per month

• Diploma: ₹18,000 per month

• ITI: ₹17,000 per month

Job Responsibilities:

Candidates will be deployed in one of the following departments based on business requirements:

• Battery Line Operations

• Motor Assembly & Manufacturing

• Incoming Quality Control (IQC)

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble and inspect EV battery and motor components.

• Perform production and assembly activities as per standard operating procedures.

• Conduct quality inspection of incoming materials and components.

• Follow safety, quality, and 5S standards on the production floor.

• Maintain productivity and ensure adherence to quality guidelines.

• Support continuous improvement initiatives.

• Basic understanding of manufacturing or production processes

• Team player with good discipline and communication skills
