Business HR (BHR) – Job Description
Location: Kandivali East, Mumbai
Experience: 3–7 Years
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with business teams to drive HR initiatives and support business objectives.
- Manage the complete employee lifecycle, including onboarding, confirmation, transfers, and exit formalities.
- Handle employee relations, grievance resolution, and engagement activities.
- Drive the Performance Management System (PMS) and support talent development initiatives.
- Coordinate manpower planning and recruitment with the Talent Acquisition team.
- Ensure implementation of HR policies and statutory compliance.
- Maintain HRMIS, employee records, and HR reports.
- Support payroll inputs, attendance, and leave management.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to improve employee productivity, retention, and organizational effectiveness.
Qualification: MBA/PGDM in HR (Preferred)
