Designatipn: Technician – Production (Multiple Verticals)

Qualification: ITI , Diploma, B.E./B.Tech (Any Technical Trade)

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹28,000 CTC per month (Based on experience and current CTC. Maximum CTC up to ₹30,000–₹32,000.)

Job Summary:

We are looking for skilled and motivated Technicians to join our Production team. Candidates with experience in automotive, electric vehicle (EV), manufacturing, assembly, warehouse, or production operations are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Vehicle assembly and sub-assembly operations
• Motor assembly, stator winding, casing assembly, motor balancing, and motor auto-tuning
• Battery pack assembly, BMS wiring, soldering, and battery testing
• Frame, front fork, tank belt, and other mechanical sub-assemblies
• Material handling, loading, unloading, line feeding, and inventory movement
• Store and warehouse operations including material receipt, storage, issuing, and documentation
• Dispatch operations including packing, vehicle dispatch, storage, and documentation
• In-line quality inspection, torque wrench operation, defect identification, and corrective actions
• Machine operation and adherence to production standards
• Follow 5S, safety practices, and quality standards
• Maintain production records and support continuous improvement activities
