Key Responsibilities:
a. MIS Reporting & Data Management :
Prepare, maintain, and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for business and HR operations.
Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timely updating of reports, dashboards, and management data records.
b. Data Analysis & Coordination : Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather operational data and generate actionable business insights. Support various departments through data analysis, report customization, and trend tracking to improve operational efficiency.
c. System & Process Management : Maintain databases, trackers, and reporting systems while ensuring data integrity and process compliance. Support automation initiatives and process improvements to streamline reporting workflows and improve reporting efficiency.
Technical Skills:
i. Advanced MS Excel: Strong hands-on experience with Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, dashboards, formulas, and data analysis tools.
ii. Reporting Tools: Experience in preparing MIS reports, dashboards, and business analytics using Excel, Google Sheets, or BI tools.
iii. Data Management: Ability to manage large datasets, maintain data accuracy, and ensure timely reporting with strong attention to detail.
iv. ERP / HRMS Knowledge: Functional understanding of ERP, HRMS, or reporting systems for data extraction, tracking, and reporting operations.
