Title: Store Manager
Experience: Minimum 5 Years
Salary: 30-35k
Qualification: Graduate (Supply Chain, Logistics, or Commerce background preferred)

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day store and inventory operations.
• Maintain accurate records of stock receipts, issues, and balances.
• Ensure proper storage, handling, and tracking of materials.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate timely replenishment.
• Conduct periodic stock verification and audits.
• Coordinate with procurement, project, and logistics teams for material movement.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and inventory control procedures.
• Prepare inventory and stock reports for management review.

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of inventory management and store operations.
• Experience in stock control, material handling, and warehouse management.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP, and inventory management systems.
• Good analytical, organizational, and reporting skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain accurate records.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Experience in Solar, EPC, Construction, Infrastructure, Electrical, or Manufacturing industries.

Strong understanding of inventory planning and material management.
