Job Responsibilities
· Drive B2B sales of Solar Panels, Inverters, and related solar solutions.
· Develop and manage relationships with dealers, distributors, EPC companies, contractors, and corporate clients.
· Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence.
· Achieve sales targets and revenue objectives.
· Conduct product presentations, negotiations, and commercial discussions with clients.
· Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
· Coordinate with technical and operations teams for successful project execution.
· Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and business development plans.
Required Skills
· Strong experience in B2B sales within the Solar, Electrical, Renewable Energy, or EPC industry.
· Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
· Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
· Strong understanding of Solar Panels, Inverters, and Solar Energy solutions.
· Ability to develop dealer and channel partner networks.
Preferred Candidate Profile
· Existing network of dealers, distributors, EPC contractors, and corporate clients.
· Experience in handling regional sales and business expansion activities.
· Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development
