Job Summary
We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Soft Skills Trainer to enhance learners' employability and workplace readiness. The trainer will be responsible for delivering engaging training sessions on communication skills, personality development, workplace etiquette, teamwork, leadership, interview preparation, and professional behavior.
Key Responsibilities
Training Delivery
- Conduct training sessions on soft skills, employability skills, and personality development.
- Deliver modules on verbal and written communication, presentation skills, public speaking, and interpersonal skills.
- Train learners on workplace etiquette, professional behavior, and corporate culture.
- Facilitate sessions on teamwork, leadership, time management, problem-solving, and conflict resolution.
- Prepare candidates for interviews, group discussions, and workplace interactions.
Learner Development
- Assess learners' strengths and areas for improvement.
- Provide individual coaching and constructive feedback.
- Conduct mock interviews, role plays, and practical activities to build confidence and communication abilities.
- Support learners in developing professional resumes and job-readiness skills.
Assessment & Evaluation
- Conduct assessments, assignments, and activities to evaluate learner progress.
- Maintain attendance records, assessment reports, and training documentation.
- Track learner performance and recommend improvement plans where required.
Classroom Management
- Create an interactive and positive learning environment.
- Encourage learner participation through discussions, activities, and presentations.
- Adapt training methodologies to suit diverse learner needs and backgrounds.
Reporting & Compliance
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly training reports.
- Maintain accurate records of learner attendance, assessments, and performance.
- Ensure compliance with organizational and project guidelines.
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline.
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Strong understanding of soft skills, employability skills, and workplace behavior.
- Prior experience in training, teaching, counseling, HR, or learning & development preferred.
