Job Summary
We are looking for dynamic Sales and Marketing Graduates (BBA & MBA) to join our team as Management Interns . This role is ideal for freshers or Final semester students passionate for outreach, sales & marketing assignments and business development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate B2B Leads through cold calling, references, LinkedIn and industry databases
- Do First level introductory and requirement gathering meetings and brief the team.
- Schedule follow up and final demonstrations/closure meetings for senior team members.
- Handle complete sales cycle : qualification, proposal, negotiation & closure under the guidance of senior team members.
- Maintain CRM, pipeline status and regular reporting
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams post-closure.
- Build long-term customer relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction
Eligibility Criteria
- BBA / MBA (Marketing, Sales, Business Management, or related specialization preferred).
- Final semester students and fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Prior internship, project, or sales exposure will be an added advantage.
- Basic understanding of sales, marketing, and business development concepts.
Required Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn
Stipend & Benefits
- Monthly Stipend: ₹10,000
