Experience: Minimum 1 Year in Warehouse Operations

Qualification: 12th Pass / Undergraduate

Age: Below 25 Years

Role Summary:

The Warehouse Associate will be responsible for supporting daily warehouse activities including receiving, storage, inventory handling, order processing, loading/unloading, and maintaining operational efficiency while adhering to safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute inbound and outbound warehouse operations.
• Perform loading, unloading, sorting, and scanning of shipments.
• Ensure accurate storage and movement of inventory.
• Maintain inventory records and stock accuracy.
• Conduct physical stock verification as assigned.
• Follow warehouse SOPs and safety guidelines.
• Support order picking, packing, and dispatch activities.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization within the warehouse.
• Coordinate with supervisors to achieve daily productivity targets.
• Report discrepancies, damages, or operational issues promptly.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum 12 months of experience in warehouse operations with a logistics company.
• Demonstrated achievement of operational KPIs during the preceding 12 months.
• No disciplinary record in previous employment.
• Willingness to relocate to assigned location.
• Basic understanding of warehouse processes and inventory management.
• Ability to work in shifts and operational environments.
