Roles and Responsibilities-
✅ Operate mixing, blending, and compounding equipment as per production requirements.
✅ Ensure accurate weighing, batching, and mixing of raw materials according to formulations.
✅ Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of mixing machines and associated equipment.
✅ Monitor process parameters to ensure product quality and consistency.
✅ Maintain production records and report deviations or machine issues.
✅ Follow safety, quality, and operational procedures at all times.
✅ Coordinate with production and quality teams to achieve manufacturing targets.
