We are looking for an experienced AGM – Administration to lead and manage administration functions across multiple locations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administration and Liaisoning
- Housekeeping and Facility Management
- Setting up new offices and infrastructure
- Providing maintenance support for centers across PAN India
- Management and maintenance of company-owned vehicles
- Ensuring regulatory and statutory compliance
- Handling general administration activities
- Procurement and vendor management
- Security management and workplace safety
- Managing large teams and driving operational efficiency
- Coordinating with internal stakeholders and external agencies
Desired Profile:
- 14–20 years of experience in Administration
- Experience in managing large-scale administration operations
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and team management skills
- Exposure to facility management, compliance, procurement, and vendor management
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Open to travel
