Floweraura is an online gifting Mammoth operational within the country at 40k+ pin codes and internationally present in the US, UK, Middle east Canada etc. Bakingo is a leading player in India’s online bakery ecosystem, operating 110+ cloud kitchens nationwide and three state of the art bulk production facilities at Bengaluru, Mumbai and Gurgaon. Bakingo specializes in delivering high-quality, innovative baked products. Our business & control team plays a pivotal role in expanding our product lines, optimizing pricing & inventory strategies, and driving growth across multiple sales channels.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assisting the store manager in executing store operations during scheduled shifts.
• Acts with integrity, honesty, and knowledge that promote the culture, values, and mission of Bakingo.
• Maintains a calm demeanor during periods of high volume or unusual events to keep the store operating to standard and to set a positive example for the shift team.
• Anticipates customer and store needs by constantly evaluating the environment and customers for cues.
• Communicates information to the manager so that the team can respond as necessary to create a safe working environment during each shift for his/her staff and customers.
• Assists with new staff training by positively reinforcing successful performance and giving respectful and encouraging coaching as needed.
• Creates a positive learning environment by providing clear, specific, timely and respectful coaching and feedback to team/new hires on shift to ensure operational excellence and to improve overall team performance.
• Delivers legendary customer service to all customers by acting with a customer comes first attitude and connecting with the customer.
• Develops positive relationships with the shift team by understanding and addressing individual motivation, need and concerns.
• Executes store operations during scheduled shifts.
• Organizes opening and closing duties as assigned.
• Follows Bakingo operational policies and procedures, including those for cash handling and safety and security, to ensure the safety of all staff during each shift.
• Maintains regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
• Provides quality beverages, whole bean, and food products consistently for all customers by adhering to all recipe and presentation standards.
• Follows health, safety and sanitation guidelines for all products.
