Salary:
- CTC: ₹18,000 to ₹23,000 per month
Additional Benefits:
- Travel Reimbursement: ₹4 per km
- Daily Allowance (DA): ₹100 to ₹150 per day

Role Description:
The Retail Sales Executive is responsible for driving sales, assisting customers, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. The role involves understanding customer requirements, recommending products, handling sales transactions, and maintaining store standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist customers in selecting products.
- Understand customer needs and provide suitable product recommendations.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to store revenue.
- Demonstrate product features, benefits, and usage.
- Handle billing, cash, and POS transactions accurately.
- Maintain store cleanliness, visual merchandising, and product displays.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment.
- Resolve customer queries and complaints professionally.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Follow company policies, procedures, and operational guidelines.
