Job Responsibilities:
- Identifying and sourcing potential candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media, and networking events.
- Conducting outbound calls to potential candidates to generate interest in available positions and build a talent pipeline.
- Screening and shortlisting candidates based on their qualifications, experience, and skillset.
- Conducting initial interviews with candidates to assess their suitability for the role and company culture fit.
- Maintaining accurate records of candidate information and progress throughout the recruitment process.
- Coordinating and scheduling interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Providing regular updates to the hiring managers on the status of the recruitment process.
- Supporting the onboarding process for new hires.
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers to ensure a positive experience and successful recruitment outcomes.
Qualifications & Skills:
- 12th Pass or Higher or a related field.
- Fresher and Experienced both.
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, including sourcing strategies, interview techniques, and offer negotiation.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on achieving results.

- जॉब पोर्टल, सोशल मीडिया और अन्य माध्यमों से उम्मीदवारों की खोज एवं चयन करना।
- उम्मीदवारों को कॉल करके उपलब्ध नौकरियों की जानकारी देना और उनकी रुचि विकसित करना।
- उम्मीदवारों की योग्यता, अनुभव और कौशल के आधार पर स्क्रीनिंग एवं शॉर्टलिस्टिंग करना।
- प्रारंभिक इंटरव्यू आयोजित करना और उम्मीदवारों की उपयुक्तता का आकलन करना।
- भर्ती प्रक्रिया से संबंधित सभी रिकॉर्ड और उम्मीदवारों की जानकारी को अपडेट रखना।
- उम्मीदवारों और हायरिंग मैनेजरों के बीच इंटरव्यू का समन्वय एवं शेड्यूलिंग करना।
- भर्ती प्रक्रिया की प्रगति के बारे में हायरिंग मैनेजरों को नियमित अपडेट देना।
- नए कर्मचारियों की ऑनबोर्डिंग प्रक्रिया में सहयोग करना।
- उम्मीदवारों और हायरिंग मैनेजरों के साथ सकारात्मक एवं पेशेवर संबंध बनाए रखना।
🎓 योग्यता एवं कौशल
- 12वीं पास या उससे अधिक शैक्षणिक योग्यता।
- फ्रेशर एवं अनुभवी दोनों उम्मीदवार आवेदन कर सकते हैं।
- भर्ती प्रक्रिया, उम्मीदवार खोज (Sourcing), इंटरव्यू तकनीकों एवं ऑफर नेगोशिएशन की अच्छी समझ।
- उत्कृष्ट संवाद (Communication) और इंटरपर्सनल स्किल्स।
