Job Responsibilities
Supervise team of welders, fitters, turners, and technicians
Monitor machine operations and production work
Read technical drawings and instruct team
Ensure work is done according to specifications
Plan and schedule maintenance activities
Check quality of finished parts and equipment
Ensure safety rules are followed (PPE, site safety)
Supervise shop floor activities and keep area organized
Solve technical problems and report to senior engineer
Coordinate with other departments (engineering, production, quality)
Maintain daily work progress reports (DPR)
Train junior technicians and assistants
What We Need from You
Diploma OR BE in Mechanical Engineering
Good communication skills (to lead team of workers)
Ability to read technical drawings
Basic knowledge of machines and equipment
Leadership skills (manage team of 5–10 people)
Problem-solving ability (solve technical issues)
