Job Responsibilities
Operate manual lathe machines to produce parts
Set up and calibrate lathe machines
Read technical drawings and blueprints
Perform turning operations (face turning, cylinder turning, taper turning)
Cut threads and make precise parts according to specifications
Check finished pieces to ensure quality
Use measuring equipment for quality control
Do minor maintenance on lathe machines
Clean machine and work area (remove chips/swarf)
Follow safety rules (wear PPE: gloves, shoes, helmet)
What We Need from You
Basic lathe operation knowledge (ITI Turner)
Physical fitness and willingness to work
Ability to read technical drawings (basic)
Basic communication in English (to understand simple words)
No heavy experience needed – we will train you
What We Provide
₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on skill)
Food (if outstation)

Transport is not needed between the house and the factory
OT (Over Time) available
