Job Description – Welder 

Job Type

• Permanent (On-roll) – Immediate Joiners Preferred

Who Can Apply

• SSLC / 10th Pass OR ITI (Welder / Fitter)

• Freshers also welcome (0–2 years experience)

• No heavy experience needed – medium level candidates only

Job Responsibilities

• Join metal parts using ARC welding

• Perform basic fabrication work

• Read simple drawings and follow instructions

• Check weld quality as per basic standards

• Use hand tools properly and safely

• Follow safety rules (wear PPE: gloves, helmet, jacket)

• Work on shop floor and keep area clean

• Assist team members and report to supervisor

• Maintain tools and machine in good condition

• Follow company safety and quality rules

What We Need from You

• Basic welding knowledge (ARC welding)

• Physical fitness and willingness to work

• Ability to follow instructions

• Basic communication in English (to understand simple words)

• willing to work on shop floor

• No heavy experience needed – we will train you
