3. The Role:
We are looking for a smart, confident, and energetic fresher to join us as a Management Trainee. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a sharp analytical mindset, excellent with numbers and an interest in HR Operations or Client interfacing roles. This opportunity offers practical exposure in a fast-paced corporate environment with learning and growth opportunities.
4. Key Responsibilities:
a. Client Coordination:
Support client communication, follow-ups, and maintain professional interactions with internal and external stakeholders.
b. Reporting & Documentation:
Maintain reports, operational data, and daily records with accuracy and professionalism.
c. Stakeholder Coordination:
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution of assigned tasks and activities.
d. HR Operations:
Assist in day-to-day HR operations, documentation, and coordination activities. Handle assigned responsibilities with agility, confidence, and a proactive approach.
5. Required Qualifications & Skills:
a. Education: MBA/PGDM in HR
b. Experience: Fresher only with Strong interest towards HR Operations & business.
c. Skills: Strong Excel skills, knack for coordination & interaction, savvy communication both written & oral, keen to learn and make a career in HR function.
d. Professional approach: Proactive, ability to create strong working relationships with stakeholders, go-getter.
