ITI: ₹16,500 per month (Including ₹1,500 DBT)

Roles & Responsibilities:
Operate production machinery and equipment as per standard operating procedures.
Perform assembly, manufacturing, and packaging activities as assigned.
Ensure production targets are achieved within the stipulated timelines.
Conduct visual inspection of products to maintain quality standards.
Follow safety guidelines and maintain discipline on the shop floor.
Report machine issues, defects, or abnormalities to the supervisor.
Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping at the workstation.
Adhere to company policies, production processes, and quality requirements.
Support continuous improvement activities and team objectives.
Work effectively in shifts and coordinate with team members to ensure smooth production operations.
