Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end procurement process, including sourcing, RFQs, purchase orders, and supplier coordination.
- Analyze purchase requirements and ensure timely procurement of materials, components, and services.
- Identify and evaluate suppliers based on cost, quality, delivery performance, and reliability.
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules to achieve cost savings and business objectives.
- Track purchase orders and follow up with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with planning, production, and warehouse teams to avoid material shortages.
- Analyze procurement data, spending trends, and supplier performance to support strategic decision-making.
- Prepare procurement reports, cost analyses, and KPI dashboards using Excel, ERP, or procurement tools.
- Support supplier development initiatives and maintain strong supplier relationships.
- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies, contracts, and quality standards.
- Resolve procurement-related issues such as delays, quality concerns, invoice discrepancies, and supplier non-conformance.
- Participate in cost reduction, value engineering, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Maintain accurate procurement documentation, vendor records, contracts, and purchase histories.
- Collaborate with Finance, Production, Planning, Logistics, and Quality teams to ensure smooth supply chain operations.
