Roles & Responsibilities /KRA : Assembling, Installing, and Maintaining Various Mechanical Systems and Equipment
- Assemble Mechanical Components – Assemble machinery, equipment, and mechanical systems according to engineering drawings, specifications, and manufacturer guidelines.
- Install Equipment and Machinery – Install, align, and commission mechanical systems, ensuring proper functionality and operational efficiency.
- Perform Preventive Maintenance – Conduct routine inspections, lubrication, adjustments, and servicing to minimize equipment downtime and extend asset life.
- Troubleshoot Mechanical Issues – Diagnose faults, identify root causes of equipment failures, and implement effective corrective actions.
- Repair and Replace Parts – Repair damaged components and replace worn or defective parts using appropriate tools and techniques.
- Ensure Safety Compliance – Follow workplace safety procedures, lockout/tagout practices, and regulatory standards while performing maintenance activities.
- Maintain Maintenance Records – Document inspections, repairs, maintenance activities, and equipment performance for operational tracking and compliance purposes.
- Collaborate with Technical Teams – Work closely with engineers, production personnel, and other maintenance staff to improve equipment reliability and operational performance.
