Job Title: HR & Admin Executive
Requirements
Graduate (HR/Business Administration)
1–2 years’experience
MS Excel proficiency, good communication & organizational skills.
Package: ₹3 lakh to ₹3, 75 lakh per annum.
Key Responsibilities
HR Functions
Handle on boarding, induction, documentation, and employee records
Manage attendance, leave, and HR databases
Coordinate recruitment with consultancies and schedule interviews
Process payroll, salary slips, bonus, and salary advances
Ensure compliance with ESI, EPF, PT, and LWF regulations
Manage employee exits, full & final settlements, and exit interviews
Maintain appraisal records and prepare holiday lists
Admin Functions
Oversee housekeeping, pantry, and office supplies.
Maintain office assets, safety equipment, and registers
Handle insurance renewals (vehicle & employee policies).
Organize events, celebrations, and employee engagement activities
Maintain documentation and filing systems.
