Job Description
Cool Zone Air Systems is seeking a detail-oriented Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting activities, vendor payments, and financial records. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Tally, Excel, and accounts payable management.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accounting records in Tally Prime/Tally ERP.
- Manage accounts payable and ensure timely vendor payments.
- Prepare and process purchase bills, payment vouchers, and journal entries.
- Reconcile bank statements, vendor ledgers, and customer accounts.
- Track outstanding payables and follow up on payment schedules.
- Prepare GST-related data and assist in statutory compliance.
- Generate MIS reports and financial reports using Excel.
- Maintain petty cash and expense records.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal departments.
- Assist management with budgeting and financial planning activities.
