Technical Support Engineer
Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and technically skilled Home Automation Technical Support Engineer to provide onsite and remote support for home automation products and solutions. The role involves system integration, configuration, troubleshooting, product testing, customer support, technical demonstrations, and coordination with R&D, QC, and Warehouse teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide onsite and remote technical support for home automation products.
- Handle customer calls, service requests, and technical issue resolution.
- Configure, integrate, and commission home automation systems.
- Coordinate with R&D for product improvements and field testing.
- Support QC and Warehouse teams in material verification and product testing.
- Manage product replacement and warranty-related activities.
- Conduct product demonstrations and customer training.
- Collect field data and maintain service reports.
- Provide technical assistance to Sales and Project teams.
- Ensure prompt support availability for critical customer requirements.
