Salary & Benefits:
- Fixed Salary: ₹11,236 per month
- Night Shift Allowance: ₹100 per night
- Leave Encashment: ₹750
- Roster Bonus: ₹1,000 (Applicable if employee works 26 days in a month)
Job Responsibilities:
- Pick products accurately from inventory as per order requirements
- Pack items properly to ensure safe and damage-free delivery
- Maintain speed and accuracy to meet order timelines
- Ensure correct labeling and billing of orders
- Handle and organize inventory within the dark store
- Follow safety and hygiene standards at the workplace
- Coordinate with team members and supervisors for smooth operations
