Job Summary

We are looking for vigilant and responsible Security Guards to ensure the safety and security of trainees, staff, visitors, and project assets at the PLTP Skill Project center and hostel premises. The candidate will be responsible for monitoring entry and exit points, maintaining security records, and ensuring a safe environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and control entry and exit of staff, trainees, visitors, and vehicles.
• Maintain visitor registers and security logs.
• Conduct regular patrols of the premises to ensure safety and security.
• Prevent unauthorized access and report suspicious activities.
• Safeguard project assets, equipment, and facilities.
• Respond promptly to emergencies, incidents, and security concerns.
• Coordinate with management and local authorities when required.
• Ensure adherence to security protocols and safety guidelines.
• Monitor CCTV systems (if available) and report any irregularities.
• Assist during events, inspections, and emergency situations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10th Pass.
• Higher qualification will be an added advantage.

Experience

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in security services, facility security, industrial security, or related roles.
• Ex-servicemen and trained security personnel will be preferred.
