Job Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Soft Skills Trainer to deliver employability and life skills training under the PLTP Skill Project. The trainer will be responsible for enhancing trainees' communication, personality development, workplace readiness, and professional skills to improve their employability.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver training sessions on communication skills, personality development, and workplace behavior.
- Conduct modules on spoken English, interview preparation, resume writing, and presentation skills.
- Facilitate training on teamwork, leadership, problem-solving, time management, and professional etiquette.
- Assess trainees’ learning progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Prepare lesson plans, training materials, and assessments as per project requirements.
- Conduct mock interviews, group discussions, and role-play activities.
- Maintain trainee attendance, progress reports, and training records.
- Support trainees in developing confidence and job-readiness skills.
- Coordinate with the Center Manager and project team to ensure effective training delivery.
- Ensure compliance with project guidelines, quality standards, and reporting requirements.
Qualifications
- Graduate/Postgraduate in English, Communication, Psychology, Education, Management, or related disciplines.
- Certification in Soft Skills Training, Learning & Development, or Behavioral Training will be preferred.
