Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Center Manager to oversee the operations of the PLTP Skill Project centers in Khordha and Kendrapara, Odisha. The candidate will be responsible for managing center activities, ensuring smooth training operations, stakeholder coordination, team management, compliance, and achievement of project targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the skill training center.
• Ensure successful implementation of the PLTP Skill Project as per guidelines and timelines.
• Monitor training delivery, trainee attendance, assessments, and placement activities.
• Coordinate with trainers, mobilizers, placement teams, and project stakeholders.
• Maintain project documentation, records, MIS reports, and compliance requirements.
• Ensure infrastructure, equipment, and training resources are available and functional.
• Conduct regular meetings with staff to review progress and address challenges.
• Support trainee mobilization, counseling, and retention initiatives.
• Liaise with government departments, local authorities, industry partners, and community stakeholders.
• Track project KPIs and ensure achievement of enrollment, certification, and placement targets.
• Prepare and submit periodic reports to management and project authorities.
• Ensure adherence to organizational policies, quality standards, and statutory requirements.

Required Qualifications

• Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline.
• Degree/Diploma in Management, Social Work, Education, or related field will be preferred.

Experience

• Minimum 3–6 years of experience in skill development, training center operations, education management, project coordination, or related sectors.
• Experience in government-funded skill development projects will be an added advantage.
