Qualification : B.E in Mechanical, Industrial, Production 

Experience: 3- 5 Years 

Location :Bangalore, Jigani

Salary:  10- 12 LPA

Role Objective
To support manufacturing operations by preparing process documents, assisting in process improvements, and providing daytoday technical support to production, ensuring safety, quality, productivity, and cost targets are met.

Key Responsibilities
Process & Method Support
 AutoCAD Layout preparation, Monthly Plant level Footprint updates
 Prepare and update PFD, operation process sheets, work instructions, and SOPs
 Assist in defining process flow, cycle time, and manpower requirements
 Support standardization of manufacturing methods and work practices
Production Support
 Provide shopfloor support for daytoday production issues
 Assist in solving problems related to quality, productivity, or process deviations
 Coordinate with production supervisors and technicians during shifts
Continuous Improvement
 Participate in Kaizen, 5S, and productivity improvement activities
 Collect and analyze basic production data (output, losses, rejections)
 Support implementation of improvement actions suggested by senior engineers
Quality & Process Control
 Follow defined process parameters and quality standards
 Assist in root cause analysis for defects and rejections
 Support implementation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
New Product / Process Support
 Assist senior engineers during new product introduction (NPI)
 Support trials, pilot runs, and process validation activities
 Coordinate with tooling, quality, and maintenance teams as required
Documentation & Systems
 Maintain accurate process documentation and records
 Update data in ERP/MES systems (SAP, etc.) as required
 Ensure documents are controlled and available on the shop floor
